All sessions are conducted online via video call.

Before booking a session with me, you may wish to begin using the theory and techniques that I teach, by reading my book Conscious Upgrade. You can learn in advance how your brain uploads the information you choose to feed it, and how that information shapes the way you live. In my book I show you how to reprogram your subconscious into a version you consciously choose, using straightforward techniques along with free hypnotherapy audios designed to support and deepen the learning.

Being familiar with this information before we meet online will enable you to gain far more from your appointment. We can move straight on to the finer details of your specific personal situation, with no need for me to use your session time teaching you the basic understandings of how your brain works and how you are going to use this new knowledge to make it work for you in a new way.
